Greg Gossard has been involved in the development of Affordable Housing for over 15 years. Greg has acted as a Principal in the acquisition and redevelopment of over 4,300 affordable housing units nationwide involving over $425M in total development costs. He has vast experience with the Low Income Housing Tax Credit, the Historic Tax Credit, the Solar Investment Tax Credit, and various state and federal development and rental subsidy programs.
Greg serves as the Chairman of The Hampstead Foundation, a 501(c)3 designated private foundation that provides access to education and technology to residents of affordable housing. He is an active member of the Institute for Responsible Housing Preservation and the Urban Land Institute. Greg was selected as one of the 15 people highlighted in the June 2008 Affordable Housing Finance Magazine list of its Young Leaders.
In his spare time he enjoys travel, hiking, and spending quality time with his wife, son, and their menagerie of pets. Greg is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Madison with a dual major in Real Estate & Finance.
